Welcome to the site of Newham Rangers. 08-09

Founded by Kev Busby in 2006. We did reasonably well in our first season, but fell away towards the end to finish mid table, when at one stage it looked as if we could win the Division. The next season we did so in emphatic style, winning all but one League match, scoring over 100 goals and conceding only 9.

We were a bit disappointed that our efforts were not rewarded, as the whole division moved up because of teams dropping out, but we move on and hope that this season is as good as last.

In addition Newham have aimed to provide various other activities to reward and educate the players. To date we have travelled to the Beckham Academy in London, had a Paint-Ball session, Bowling and even a lecture on Healthy eating, (all of which can be viewed via our 'Archive Stuff' link.)
